Abstract:As a new orientation for the transformation and development of contemporary universities and a new content of education and teaching, innovation and entrepreneurship education aims to cultivate more pioneering talents in social construction based on students’ personalities. From the perspective of field, the formation of new educational habits, the construction of actor networks, and the realization of subject coexistence in the same field are inevitable requirements for achieving good results in innovation and entrepre? neurship education. However, in the current practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education, there are problems such as habitual hijacking, professional barriers, and the prevalence of shouting in isolation, which hinder the development of innovation and entrepre? neurship education. To achieve this, it is necessary for all personnel to go beyond the negative interactive relationship between educa? tional habits and field structures, and promote the integration of micro - behavior and macro - structure in innovation and entrepreneur? ship education at the level of mesoscopic field. The specific path is to activate the endogenous driving force of the main body based on cultural ecology, connect the collaborative education system based on organizational ecology, and optimize the environmental protection mechanism based on management ecology.
