    摘要:

    在乡村振兴背景下,我国需要巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,将防止返贫和可持续性精准帮扶作为重中之重。 职业教育可持续性精准帮扶,是乡村振兴背景下教育参与相对贫困治理的核心内容。 在可持续性精准帮扶视角下,通过全面实现乡村振兴、深度推进区域经济转型升级、彻底阻断贫困代际传递、贯穿脱贫个体一生的永续发展等四个方面探讨乡村振兴背景下职业教育可持续性精准帮扶的新定位,深入剖析职业教育精准帮扶的可持续性面临因教直接返贫、因教间接返贫和因教隐性返贫的困境,从构建柔性化的资助体系、提升就业质量、强化职业通用能力培养等三个层面提出乡村振兴背景下职业教育可持续性精准帮扶的路径。

    Abstract:

    It is necessary to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation for China, and put the prevention of return to poverty and sustainable targeted support as the top priority in the background of rural revitalization. The sustainable targeted support of vocational education is the core content of education that participation in relative poverty governance in the background of rural revitalization. In the view of sustainable targeted support, exploring the new position of sustainable targeted support of vocational education from four as? pects in the background of rural revitalization, which includes fully realizing rural revitalization, deeply promoting the transformation and upgrading of regional economy, completely stopping the intergenerational transmission of poverty, and sustainable development throughout the life of individuals alleviating poverty. Analyzing the dilemma of sustainable targeted support of vocational education, which includes direct backing to poverty due to education, indirect backing to poverty due to education indirectly, and hidden backing to poverty due to education. Finally, solutions and paths are provided for solving the dilemma from three aspects in the background of rural revitalization: constructing the flexible funding system, improving the employment quality and strengthening the training of general professional ability.
