Abstract:At present, young female teachers in universities generally face structural conflicts between their teaching and mother positions, mainly including time conflicts between marriage and childbirth periods and career initiation periods, role conflicts between workplace work and family life, and gender conflicts in traditional social stereotypes. Under the multi - dimensional pressure of teach? ing and mother's position, they generally adopt the pressure transfer of “teaching + supporting the family”, the research “reducing bur? den” of “retreating for progress”, and the role reconstruction strategy of “adapting to changes”, which, over time, cause them to be anxious physically and psychologically and face the difficulties of career development. Young female teachers in universities need macro level institutional planning to overcome the role dilemma of conflict between their teaching and mother positions, as well as meso level university support and micro level individual teacher adjustments.
