Abstract:The development of higher vocational education presents a distinct project promotion mode. The project has become the main policy tool for the government to implement the national will to run a school. Obtaining the project has become an important “weight”for higher vocational colleges to obtain the leap of class in the field of higher vocational education. There is a fierce champion- ship competition among colleges around project acquisition. The project championship has shaped the internal field ecology of the school. The school increasingly relies on the important role of“arbitrary power”in project acquisition in the organization and operation mode. The“wartime”management mode with project acquisition as the goal operates normally,and the pressure performance evalua- tion system guided by project results is generally established. Under the control of the new field game rules,the status and function of grass-roots professional teaching organizations are weakened,and the internal departments,majors and teachers of the school are divid- ed in the fierce competition. To realize the high-quality development of higher vocational education,we must reshape the concept of tal- ent training quality,take classroom teaching as the main position,build a normalized vocational education governance mechanism pointing to the development of students’professional ability,and establish the important position of professional authority in the organi- zation and operation.
