Integrating comprehensive quality evaluation into college enrollment is an important part of the new college entrance ex- amination reform. However,apart from some pilot colleges actively exploring comprehensive quality evaluation enrollment,it has not been effectively applied in large-scale college enrollment,which affects the overall effectiveness of the new college entrance examina- tion reform. From the perspective of colleges and universities,the application dilemma of comprehensive quality evaluation in large- scale enrollment in colleges and universities is mainly manifested as“four dilemmas”of“unable to use”,“unwilling to use”,“unable to use”and“afraid to use”. To realize the comprehensive quality evaluation of colleges and universities in large-scale enrollment,it is necessary to improve the quality of comprehensive quality evaluation and expand the use space of comprehensive quality evaluation; Es- tablish a correct concept of enrollment and control the cost of enrollment; Strengthen relevant research and exploration to improve the a- bility of college enrollment; Accelerate the construction of a social credit system and provide an inclusive reform environment.
