    摘要:

    高质量发展是当前我国高等教育发展的主旋律,深化产教融合,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接,是实现高等教育高质量发展的重要内容。激发需求侧和供给侧变革合力,实现工具理性和价值理性的统一,在多元政策驱动下可以更好地深化高校产教融合,实现高水平人才培养和经济社会发展服务力提升的有机整合。我国高校产教融合经过长期发展已经具备较好的现实基础,与以往相比高校产教融合的深化在主体、过程、内容、方法方面表现出高度的协同特征。进一步深化我国高校产教融合,需要不断进行机制创新,包括促进以政府为主导的主体统筹协同、建立以适配为目标的多角度融合对策、发挥以制度为核心的过程协调能力、明确以政策为手段的渐进改革方式等。

    Abstract:

    High - quality development is the main theme of the current development of higher education in China. Deepening the integration of production and education,and promoting the organic connection between the education chain,the talent chain,the in- dustrial chain,and the innovation chain,is an important part of realizing the high - quality development of higher education. Stimulate the joint force of demand - side and supply - side reforms,and realize the unity of instrumental rationality and value rationality. Driven by multiple policies,the integration of production and education in colleges and universities can be better deepened,and the organic u- nity of high - level talent training and economic and social development service improvement can be achieved. Compared with the past, the deepening of the integration of production and education in colleges and universities has shown a high degree of synergy in terms of subject,process,content and method. To further deepen the integration of production and education in my country’s colleges and uni- versities,it is necessary to continuously innovate the mechanism,including: promoting the overall coordination of the main body led by the government,establishing multi - angle integration strategies with adaptation as the goal,exerting the process coordination ability with the system as the core,and clarifying the Policy as a means of incremental reform approach,and so on.
