Abstract:On the basis of learning from relevant research results,this paper poses some research hypotheses,and uses the ques- tionnaire survey method to investigate and verify 2020 graduates’employment quality. The following conclusions are formed according to the analysis results of SPSS: The level of human capital has varying degrees of impact on the employment quality of graduates. The hu- man capital reserve of graduates is generally insufficient and the practical characteristics are not special. Accordingly,this paper offers suggestions to improve the human capital of application - oriented universities from two aspects: Universities should dynamically adjust the specialty setting and enrollment; the students should focus on learning according to their own career planning direction,selectively obtain professional qualification certificates,and participate in social practice.
