    摘要:

    在教师教育“大学化”背景下,高校作为教师职前培养的主阵地,在教师教育共同体中发挥了主导作用。教师教育中高校的“独立性”强化,“依存性”弱化,教育“合作文化”缺失。基于社会性学习理论的“实践共同体”论域,重构新时代专业化教师教育共同体,打造教师教育“合作文化”,应正确认识教师教育共同体中合作性、平等性、发展性思想缺失的实践困境,推进教师教育共同体在培养主体、教育内容、发展过程中实现依存性融合,不断提升教师教育质量,助推教师教育专业化发展。

    Abstract:

    Under the background of Universitization of teacher education,universities have taken the chief position of teacher train- ing and play a leading role in the community of teacher education. Regards to teacher education,the Independence phenomenon of col- leges and universities is strengthened,therefore,the dependence phenomenon is weakened,which caused the cooperative culture of ed- ucation becomes absent. Based on the social learning theory like Community of Practice,if we want to reconstruct the community of professional teacher education in the new era,we should realize the ideological flaw dilemma of Teacher Education community,such as lack of cooperation,equality,and development. Meanwhile,we should promote the integration of teacher education community in the process of training subject,education content and development of cooperative culture,constantly improve the quality of teacher educa- tion,and enhance the development of teacher education specialization.
