    摘要:

    高质量的新工科人才是推进智能制造发展的关键。智能制造的颠覆性变革驱动新工科人才培养模式同步升级,迫切需要更新新工科人才培养目标、培养内容、培养途径等。存在人才培养目标单一化、人才培养内容迟滞化、人才培养途径的局限性等问题,不能有效应对智造时代新工科人才培养模式的变革诉求。建议通过优化多元合理的人才培养结构、形成动态调整的专业布局、完善工程导向的课程设计、构建融合互通的产教共同体等举措,提升新工科人才培养质量。

    Abstract:

    High - quality new engineering talent is the key to the development of intelligent manufacturing. The disruptive change of intelligent manufacturing drives engineering personnel training mode synchronization update. The idea of new engineering talents training target,training content,and training methods need renewing. However,the simplification of talent training goals,the delayed training content,and the limitations of training methods have failed to effectively respond to the demands of the reform of the new engi- neering talent training model in the era of intelligent manufacturing. It is suggested to improve the quality of new engineering talents training by creating a multi - level and compound talent training structure,forming a dynamically adjusted specialty layout,perfecting the engineering - oriented course design,and building an integrated and interworking industry and education community.
