The image has the outstanding historical value,so it is one of the important bases for history teaching. Not only univer- sity history textbooks need to be developed in parallel with images and historical materials,but also the transformation of history teaching mode requires their deep participation. Moreover,the value and significance of history require the transmission and transformation of image and historical materials. Undergraduate history teaching should adhere to the principle of“three provinces”in the process of u- sing image historical materials,that is,pay attention to the function of image historical materials and the concept of their producers.
