Abstract:Based on Minnesota Job Adaptation Theory and USEM model,this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation index sys- tem of college students’high - qualityemployment ability. This paper investigates 2631 college studentsin Jilin Province and makes an empirical analysis. The results show that the employment ability of the investigated college students is at a medium level,and some im- portant ability indicators are not satisfactory. The training mode,work experience,education level and other factors have great impacts on their ability. According to the conclusion,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,including employment di- rection,training mode,employment guidance and service system,the second classroom and other aspects,in order to provide decision - making basis for the improvement of college students’high - quality employment ability.
