Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s foreign education aid policy has gone through three pe- riods of exploration,development and innovation. Throughout the whole historical evolution process,the construction of aid policy logic is mainly reflected in the values of equal respect as policy value orientation,the main force composed of the government,universities and enterprises,the policy implementation depending on the national comprehensive strength,the internal power driven by the need of national overall strategic development. Further,the path is proposed for China to optimize foreign education aid policy in the future, that is,to strengthen the top - level policy design to lead the practice of foreign education aid,to improve the effect of foreign education aid to improve the supervision and evaluation system,and to encourage multiple subjects to participate in expanding the foreign educa- tion aid force.
