    摘要:

    “三全育人”是新时代党和国家针对高校立德树人根本任务提出的重要理论,整合了高校育人项目、载体和资源,重构了育人格局、体系和标准。辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育最重要的参与者、实施者,如何发挥其在“三全育人”中的显性职能和模范引领,是辅导员做好思想政治教育工作的前提和基础。在此视域下,辅导员准确定位自身角色,深刻认识“三全育人”的重大意义、科学内涵,把握思想政治工作规律和学生成长规律,在全员育人中发挥纽带作用,在全过程育人中发挥引领作用,在全方位育人中提升服务意识,对提升高校思政工作效能、促进学生全面发展、推动辅导员专业化进程均具有重要的现实意义。

    Abstract:

    The“three full - education”is an important theory,put forward by the Party and the state in the new era,for the fun- damental task of moral education in colleges and universities,which integrates the programs,carriers and resources of college education and reconstructs the patterns,systems and standards. As the most significant participant and implementer of the ideological and politi- cal education,university counselors should play their explicit role and exemplary leadership in the“three full - education”,which is the prerequisite and foundation for ideological and political education. Under this perspective,counselors ought to accurately position their roles and deeply understand the significance and scientific connotation of“three full - education”,which means to grasp the law of ideological and political work and students’growth. They ought to play a linking role in the all - member education and a leading part in the whole - process education. Also,they need to enhance service consciousness in the all - round education in order to elevate the effectiveness of work and promote the professionalization of university counselors.
