The legal education in financial and economic universities should be close to finance and economics. However,the cur- rent legal education has the phenomenon of“emphasizing theory,ignoring practice,emphasizing law,ignoring finance and economics, emphasizing similarity and ignoring individuality”,which cannot meet the needs of financial management according to law in the new era. It is necessary to allocate contents of legal education from the course and classroom,according to different categories and profes- sional objectives; to focus on finance and economics and attach importance to the teaching of financial laws and regulations,so as to train compound talents with financial literacy and legal thinking. Through improving the methods,introducing financial practice into the classroom,and constructing a teaching mode of“online + offline”case teaching,it can cultivate enough compound talents.
