Abstract:In today’s public normal education,senior high school textbooks are widely used in the first two years,and ordinary college textbooks are used in the next four years. There is a shortage of targeted textbooks for this special group,which can not effec- tively stimulate their educational feelings of returning to the local and rural areas. In the face of the uniqueness of Government - Spon- sored normal students who come from local areas and return to local education after graduation,the development of teaching materials should take local culture as the central guiding ideology,integrate local nature,local society and local art into it. Through the unique local culture teaching materials,the Government - Sponsored normal students will love the country,return to the country and take root in rural education.
