The key to rural revitalization lies in the cultivation of talents. As the main base of talent training,agricultural vocation- al colleges carry on the mission of training all kinds of talents for rural revitalization. At present,there are some problems in the talent training mode of agriculture vocational colleges,such as the gap between the social needs and the he training objectives,the gap be- tween the ideal subject resultant force and the realistic subject resultant force,and the gap between the training process and the produc- tion process. In order to improve the dilemma of talent training mode,it is necessary to clarify the formation process,structural ele- ments and operation mechanism of talent training mode based on the sequence of“input - process - output”. Finally,we can through deepening the reform of specialty supply to optimize the orientation of training objectives,can through deepening the reform of system and mechanism to stimulate the cooperation of training subjects,can through deepening the reform of training mode to realize the doc- king of training process.
