In the Internet era,ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is facing many difficulties. The crow- ding of network information on Ideological and political education resources and the atomization of College Students’thinking make the ideological and political education in college students’identity level low. The ripple effect results in the decline of Ideological and po- litical teachers’work enthusiasm and the deterioration of the distrust relationship between teachers and students. Therefore,the ideo- logical and political education in Colleges and universities should be reformed and innovated. The technological advantages and innova- tive thinking of block chain have strong coupling with the reform of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. The ideological and political education in Colleges and universities should seize the value empowerment of block chain,build a new model of“learning account book”,enhance the self - discipline learning ability of college students,enhance the participation of college students through distributed learning,promote the benign interaction between teachers and students through the establishment of new trust mechanism,comply with the development trend of“block chain + higher education”,and improve the development quality of I- deological and political education in Colleges and universities.
