    摘要:

    在“立德树人”根本任务导向下提升高校创业教育成效必须重视工匠精神的融合发展。高校创业教育要基于市场经济和教育发展规律科学地匹配融合工匠精神,以呈现其科技维度勇于创新实践、品质维度追求精益求精、团队维度注重协作分享、风险维度敢于责任担当以及师生维度注重传承发展等时代内涵。高校应在市场机制、质量机制、师生共同体机制以及企业家精神培养机制等方面建构高校创业教育工匠精神物化机制,从制定奖励政策、贯穿精益求精过程、构建新型师徒关系以及打造德艺兼修的创新型人才品格等方面促进高校创业教育内涵式发展。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the effectiveness of college’s entrepreneurship education,we must pay attention to the integration and development of craftsmanship spirit from the perspective of“cultivating morality and cultivating talents”. Entrepreneurship educa- tion in colleges should match and integrate craftsmanship spirit based on market economy and the law of education development,so as to present the connotation of innovation and practice in science and technology dimension,pursuit of excellence in quality dimension, focus on cooperation and sharing in team dimension,dare to take responsibility in risk dimension,and pay attention to inheritance and development in teacher - student dimension. Colleges and universities should construct the materialized mechanism of craftsmanship spirit in entrepreneurship education in terms of market mechanism,quality mechanism,teacher - student community mechanism and entrepreneurship training mechanism,so as to promote the connotative development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and uni- versities from the aspects of formulating incentive policies,running through the process of excellence,building a new relationship be- tween teachers and apprentices,and creating the character of innovative talents with both morality and art.
