The purpose of constructing the evaluation index system is to promote the formation of quality standards for the master’ s degree thesis in education,and to promote the development of the master’s degree thesis in education toward high quality. Firstly, the evaluation index is obtained based on the analysis of literature samples; secondly,the index system is modified by the Delphi meth- od; finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the evaluation index system of professional master’s degree thesis for education taking“research level”and“writing level”as basic dimensions ( including 2 first - level indexes,5 second - level indexes and 30 three - level indicators) ,with a view to providing quantitative standards for the scientific measurement of the professional degree thesis for Education Master.
