College students’entrepreneurship education is an important part of the college talent training mechanism. Aiming at the aceability analysis of reasons on existing entrepreneurship education,analyze the internal and external factors affecting college udents’consciousness of science and technology innovation and construct the policies and strategies of college students’entrepre- eurship education policy advice to help college students with improving pertinence and effectiveness of the entrepreneurship education provide the reference.
