    摘要:

    教师教育作为培养师资的专业性教育,使命在于培养高素质的师资。教师教育者专业实践的改善是教师教育者专化的基本要求,是教师教育发展的重要诉求,是提升教师教育质量的重要保障。大学教师教育者专业角色的特质及其专业任的实现,是其专业实践改善的价值。探索大学教师教育者专业实践改善的路径,需要教师教育者自身认同专业角色提升业实践改善的自主性,合作共同体需要为教师教育者改善专业实践提供平台,教师教育政策需要明确教师教育者专业学术位彰显其专业实践的价值,教师教育机构需要建立外在规约和外部支持环境引导教师教育者的专业实践,各方力量需要集而为。

    Abstract:

    As a professional education for cultivating teachers,teacher education aims at pursuing high - quality teachers. The im- rovement of professional practice of educators is the basic requirement for the professionalization of educators,meanwhile it is also an mportant appeal for the development of teacher education,and a vital guarantee for improving the quality of teacher education. The aits of the professional role of university educators and the realization of their professional responsibilities are the value of their profes- onal practice improvement. To explore the way of improving the professional practice of university teacher educators,educators need identify professional roles and enhance the autonomy of professional practice improvement. The cooperative community needs to pro- ide a platform for teacher educators to improve professional practice. Academic status and the value of its professional practice of acher educators should be clarified in teacher education policy. Teacher education institutions need to establish external stipulations nd external support environments to guide the professional practice of teacher educators. All forces from each side need to be integrat- d.
