This paper starts from the concept of knowledge innovation,summarizes the essence of highly open,multi - agent par- cipation and heterogeneous collaboration in combination with both of the open development of colleges and universities and the mecha- ism of collaborative education,and then purposely puts forward a new path to realize the current goal of collaborative education of col- ges and universities with the cobinnation of the analysis of both the main problems existing in it and their according attribution.
