The government’s purchase of higher education assessment services is not only the content category of the government’ purchase of education services,but also the necessary path of“separation of administration,management and assessment”in higher ducation. However,due to the lack of maturity in all aspects of practice,there exist many problems. This paper demonstrates the val- e significance of the government’s purchase of higher education assessment services,analyzes the problems in the practice of the gov- rnment’s purchase of higher education assessment services,and proposes strategies to promote the government’s purchase of higher ducation assessment services from the perspective of policy suggestions.
