In order to actively respond to the call of the construction of the rule of law for the opening of national government af- irs,China’s colleges and universities are also constantly improving the level of information disclosure and formulating the correspond- g information disclosure system,and even some colleges and universities have formulated the relevant supporting systems. However, om the practice of information disclosure,the effectiveness of information disclosure in contemporary colleges and universities is not i- eal,which is basically still in the exploration and development stage. Through the analysis and research on the current information isclosure system of some colleges and universities,it is not difficult to find that the construction of information disclosure in contempo- ry colleges and universities still faces many dilemmas in the aspects of legal effect,content system,implementation and operation, nd legal relief. In view of these practical dilemmas,this paper finally puts forward the breakthrough path of the construction of infor- ation disclosure in contemporary colleges and universities.
