    摘要:

    一流本科教育既是高等教育发展的基本趋势,也是我国高校实现质量提升的本质要求。实现人才高质量输出,也维系高校与社会常态化、密切化联系与交往的基础。一流本科教育的本质和目标在于培养一流本科人才。课堂教学变革一流本科教育建设本质和目标实现的着力点和突破口,一流本科教育的中心和重点在于重塑课堂教学育人的首要地位,回课堂教学育人的根本初心,发挥课堂教学育人的阵地作用。从目前来看,课堂教学变革的实际推进面临课堂教学变革学校体制度设计落后、教师主体行为改进滞后、学生主体认知惯习固化、协同主体联动治理虚化等障碍。在一流本科教育建设“加强顶层变革制度设计,明确课堂教学变革的导航仪;强化课堂教学育人初心,勾勒课堂教学变革的方案图;深化主体发实践认知,唤醒课堂教学变革的原动力;加强执行变革机制建设,落实课堂教学变革的责任单”应该成为高校推进课堂教学革的基本选择。

    Abstract:

    First - class undergraduate education is the basic trend of the development of higher education,and also the essential quirement of improving the quality of higher education in China. Achieving high - quality output of talents is also the basis of maintai- ing normal and close contact and communication between universities and society. The essence and goal of first - class undergraduate ducation is to train first - class undergraduate talents. Classroom teaching reform is the key point and breakthrough to realize the es- ence and goal of the construction of first - class undergraduate education. The center and focus of first - class undergraduate education es in reshaping the primary position,returning to the basic intention and playing the role of classroom teaching and educating people. t present,the actual promotion of classroom teaching reform is faced with such obstacles as backward design of school subject system, e lag of improvement of teachers’subject behavior,solidification of students’cognitive habits,the linkage of collaborative govern- nce. Under the construction of first - class undergraduate education,we should strengthen the design of top - level reform system, larify the navigator of classroom teaching reform,strengthen the initial intention of classroom teaching and outline the plan of classroom aching reform. And,we also should deepen the practical cognition of subjects’development,awaken the source and motive force of e classroom teaching reform,strengthen the construction of implementation of reform mechanism and implement the responsibility of lassroom teaching reform,which should be the basic choice for colleges and universities to promote the reform of classroom teaching.
