The management idea constructed by Marx Weber,a famous German political sociologist,is still of great reference value today’s management practice. Under the background that the entrepreneurial behavior of college students is becoming more diverse an before,referring to Weber’s management thoughts and ideas,it is found that the lack of appetite consciousness,social cognition nd the internal defects of the subject system are the supervision problems of college students’entrepreneurship,and the deep reasons r guiding the predicament and resource constraints. In the current and future practice,we should fully adhere to the problem - orien- d,not only combine abstinence values with entrepreneurial guidance,and carry out targeted training for students,but also optimize udents’entrepreneurial management mechanism and add entrepreneurial management functional departments around the theory of de- artment level,and strengthen students’social consciousness and carry on omni - directional management from the relationship be- ween individual and society.
