It can be seen that the emergence of new media has changed the integrity of the past information in the era of high - peed development of the network,in which the scattered information brings about the dissemination of contents,the dissemination of ubjects and objects as well as the communication channels of the media. On the one hand,the fragmented information has a certain ositive influence on the enrichment of the contents of college students’network ideological and political education,the extension of me and space,as well as the enhancement of attraction. On the other hand,these fragmented information has generated many prob- ms like the impact on the dominant position of the dominant ideology,the weakening of the emotional communication between subjects nd objects,and the contents of education tend to be formalized. This paper explores a new way from the perspective of fragmented in- rmation to improve the effect of college students’network ideological and political education from four aspects,i. e. heuristic educa- on,individualized education,public education and poetic education.
