    摘要:

    共享发展理念内涵深刻,从实现目的、途径、过程审视,共享发展是全面共享、共建共享和渐进共享。共享发展理念高职教育高质量发展难点解决、产业转型升级痛点消除和产教深度融合难题解开提供了指引与参照。契合共享发展理念内涵与指引,结合商贸行业发展规律和商贸类高职院校本质属性,通过明晰共享资源对接方式、明确共享资源的认证标准交易方式、共建产教融合资源共享信息服务平台来优化设计资源共享机制,通过激励政策供给、激励措施配套、问效倒逼改来优化设计激励约束机制,通过推进立法保障、行业组织赋权、完善社会第三方评价来优化设计外部保障机制,深入推进高教育与产业深度融合。

    Abstract:

    The concept of the shared development possesses a deep connotation,which means comprehensive sharing,co - build- g sharing and progressive sharing from the aspect of realizing its objects,path and process. The concept of shared development pro- ides guide and reference for solving the problems in developing more high - quality vocational education,eliminating the pain points in dustrial transferring and upgrading,and settling the matters in the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities. ccording to the connotation of concept of shared development and combining with the regularity of business industry and the essential ature of the commercial and vocational colleges,design resource sharing mechanism can be optimized by clarifying the docking way in hared resources,making clear the certification standard and transaction mode of shared resources,and co - building service platform r sharing information. To deepen the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities,stimulating and restricting echanism can be optimized by putting forward a set of incentive policies,providing incentive measures,and tracking the performance form anti - driving mechanism. What’s more,external security mechanism can be optimized by setting up legal protection,empowe- ng trade organization and perfecting third - party evaluation,which can also deepen the integration of enterprises with vocational chools and universities.
