Abstract:Under the background of the transformation from local normal universities to comprehensive universities and the deepe- ing reform and development of teacher education personnel training,some local normal universities have the problems of training goal eviation,lack of pertinence and fuzzy positioning of training types. To analyze and solve these problems is not only the necessary pre- quisite to guide the local normal colleges to achieve the connotative development,but also the breakthrough and focus of accurately ositioning the goal of teacher education and training. Therefore,it is a feasible way for local normal universities to accurately locate e goal of teacher education and training to build a student development standard,a“1 + 2 + 1”training model,and a teacher edu- ation organization.
