    摘要:

    校园文化作为学校办学的重要基石,也是高等教育系统的关键构成,在促进校园环境净化、人才培养质量提升、发共识向心力凝聚、社会影响力扩大等方面具有潜在而巨大的作用与功能。以管理为导向的校园文化建设,注重由上而下介式的线性理念,侧重制度借鉴文本式的建设思路,倚重单一单向传统式的参与主体,看重立竿见影休克式的效率追求,对校文化建设的价值取向、方式、方法和实际效果都产生了不利影响。一流学校建设,需要有一流校园文化。因此,校园文化建需要转向,需要形成以治理为导向的校园文化建设逻辑,建立多主体参与、协商共建、精准定位、内涵丰富的校园文化格局,进高质量校园文化的形成,发挥以文化人的积极作用。

    Abstract:

    As an important cornerstone of school - running,campus culture is also a key component of higher education system. It as potential and enormous functions and impacts in promoting the purification of campus environment,improving the quality of person- el training and cohesiveness of development,expanding social influence. Management - oriented school campus culture construction ys emphsis on the linear concepts of top - down intervention,focuses on construction ideas that system takes text as reference,relies n a single one - way traditional participation subject,focuses on the efficiency pursuit of shock,has an adverse impact on the value o- entation,ways,methods and practical effects of campus culture construction. The construction of first - class schools requires first - lass campus culture. Therefore,the construction of school campus culture needs to be turned. It is necessary to form a governance - riented school campus culture construction logic,establish a campus culture with multi - subject participation,consultation and co - onstruction,to position and enrich connotation,to promote the formation of high - quality campus culture and to take the positive role f cultural people.
