The coexistence of“employment difficulty”and“talent shortage”show that there are prominent structural problems be- ween talent supply and social demand. As talent cultivation,the supply - side structures mainly consist of teacher structure,curricu- m structure,specialty structure and subject structure within the talent cultivation system,which determines the quality structures of lent cultivation. There are some prominent problems in the supply - side structures in China,such as the misplacement with the ructures of talent type,the mismatch with the structures of talent quality and the inconsistency between the structures,which makes it ifficult for the quality structures of talent cultivation to meet the social needs,and brings about the structural problems of the supply nd demand. The supply - side structural reform will help to fundamentally solve the structural problems of talent supply and social eeds,which may be as followings. First,to promote the replacement of the supply - side structures and the type structures of talent ultivation through the combination of the clear positioning and the composition adjustment. Second,to promote the matching of the upply - side structures of talent cultivation and the quality structures through the combination of reconstructing the quality structures of lent cultivation and adjusting the supply - side structures. Third,to strengthen the coordination of the supply - side structures of tal- nt cultivation through the combination of giving play to the commanding role of the quality structures of talent cultivation and adjusting e supply - side structures.
