Abstract:Compared with other learning theories,Relevant Learning Theory advocates creating links between different learners and learning resources,thus building learning networks by creating knowledge nodes,which provides new ideas for effective learning of modern college students. Under the background of digital era,due to the influence of traditional concepts and other factors,effective learning is facing many realistic difficulties and theoretical paradoxes,which makes it difficult for college students to achieve the de- sired results. In order to solve the above problems,this paper,based on the perspective of relevance learning theory,explores the new dimension of effective learning for college students: first,building knowledge network of effective learning for college students with knowledge as the center node; secondly,exploring universities with adaptive and interactive methods in parallel; third,keeping open and free and expanding the network space for effective learning of college students; finally,coordinating the management of information resources and creating a management platform for effective learning of college students,so as to build an ecological and dynamic effec- tive learning environment for college students.
