With a great number of college graduates borned in the middle and late 1990s,their employment orientation presents complex and diversified characteristics. This paper concludes that diversified employment mentality will inevitably lead to diversified employment choices and different levels to show the current situation of college students’diversified employment orientation in the new age,and analyzes the reasons for this situation from the factors such as the influence of traditional concepts,the lack of vocational plan- ning education,personality publicity and so on,provides college students with multi - path comprehensive guidance in order to estab- lish employment orientation consistent with the development of the new age,to promote college students to find ideal jobs and to realize actively the life value to contribute to the society.
