The excellent traditional culture in China has unique value for the construction of spiritual civilization and the promotion of China’s soft power. Teachers are not only imparters of knowledge,but also the communicators of culture. The accomplishment of excellent traditional culture of university teachers is beneficial to the growth and development of teachers,the development of educa- tion,the dissemination and inheritance of culture,which has a direct impact on the identification of students’cultural identity and the inheritance of traditional culture. Cultural ecology holds that the culture and the ecological environment are interactive. So the cultiva- tion of teachers’excellent traditional cultural quality in our country should start not only from teachers themselves,but also from crea- ting a good traditional cultural atmosphere.
