Abstract:Training is an important way to promote the professional development of college teachers. Entering the new era,college training has a more profound and realistic significance. Solid development of college teacher training is the essential requirement of practicing the spirit of the new era of teacher team building,the fundamental prerequisite for achieving the goal of improving the quality of college education and the direct embodiment of the implementation of the development and growth system of college teachers. Under the new normal situation of education,whether at the national level or at the teacher level,the demand for teacher training in colleges and universities is getting higher and higher,which requires that the training in colleges and universities should keep pace with the times from the perspectives of concept,mode,method and evaluation. However,many training teachers in colleges and universities are facing practical difficulties in practice. They attach importance to theoretical teaching rather than technical teaching in training concept; they attach importance to professional development rather than teacher ethics construction in training mode; they attach importance to collective learning rather than individual needs in training methods; and they attach importance to form itself rather than content es- sence in training evaluation. Therefore,it is particularly necessary and urgent to construct the training of university teachers to meet the requirements of the construction of the teaching staff in the new era. It is necessary to upgrade the training concept with the basic goal of improving education literacy,adjust the training mode with the aim of teachers’moral construction,innovate the training methods with the construction of learning community as the practical direction and optimize the training evaluation with the development and growth of teachers as the criterion.
