Abstract:Graduate students’satisfaction is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of graduate education. In this study, multiple stepwise regression is used to investigate the relationship between individual characteristics,school environment and education satisfaction of graduate students. The results show that individual factors are strikingly different in the aspect of grades,degree types and academic expectation; college environment factors including management and service,research condition,academic climate,su- pervisor’s guidance,and curriculum have significant influence on the graduate student satisfaction. In general,school environment has a greater impact on the degree of satisfaction than individual characteristics.
