The dual - subject school - running in school - enterprise cooperation of vocational colleges is the main channel of train- ing high - quality skilled talents. It can improve students’professional ability,promote students’all - round development,and help higher vocational colleges and enterprises achieve win - win cooperation. The article points out that there are some realistic dilemmas in the dual - subject school - running of school - enterprise cooperation,such as weak government impetus,imperfect system safeguard measures,low enthusiasm and lack of motivation for enterprises to participate,and the lack of obvious advantages of attracting enterpri- ses to participate in higher vocational colleges. It is necessary to construct guarantee mechanism from the aspects of perfecting legal norm mechanism,establishing interest - driven mechanism,information sharing mechanism and improving supervision and evaluation mechanism to realize the effective promotion of school - enterprise cooperation.
