The development of cooperation in vocational education in developed countries has a long history and rich practice expe- rience. Its laws and regulations and corresponding systems are sound,and the government can effectively regulate the development of vocational education,formulate various types of financial support and tax incentives to promote cooperation between schools and enter- prises,and adopt a diversified approach to cooperation between the two parties. In short,the effect of cooperation between schools and enterprises is also relatively good,which has greatly promoted the improvement of the training level of talents in developed countries. We need to further enhance the effectiveness of the cooperation. China should use legal means to promote the cooperation,give full play to the role of the government in guiding and regulating their cooperation,constantly reform the management and personnel training methods,and attach importance to the role of the industry in the cooperation. We will continuously improve the quality of vocational ed- ucation in China and cultivate more outstanding technical talents to China.
