Synergetic development is the organic integration of coordination and development. In order to achieve collaborative de- velopment,the collaboration between the participants should have the three basic elements: the willingness to cooperate,the common development goal and the communication of information. The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has realistic foun- dation and development demand. It is also actively recognized and strongly supported by the government and the society. Their coordi- nated development of education is not only the development of education,but also the development of the economy. It can not only im- prove their competitiveness of education,but also improve the competitiveness of the whole country. However,due to the lack of effec- tive collaboration mechanism,there are still many problems,therefore,we will propose solutions from the government,society and schools.
