    摘要:

    近年来,随着我国高等教育从外延式发展转向内涵式发展,高校为了更好地应对学校内外部复杂环境的严峻挑战,开始运用战略管理理念和思维来推动学校组织管理方式变革,积极谋划学校未来发展,提升学校发展的核心竞争。与此同时,高校内涵式发展也对战略管理提出一系列新的要求,如要求学校战略管理不断增强与内涵式发展的联动性,切实提升学校战略领导力,充分利用大数据等信息技术,激活高校战略规划的内源动力,提升高校战略管理的科学性和有效性。面向未来,我国高校内涵式发展的有效实践亟须推动学校战略管理的深入开展,如“强化学校发展环境的战略分析,精准规划学校发展的战略蓝图;树立学校特色发展的新兴增长极,引领学校快速创新发展;不断提升学校战略领导力,保障学校战略的科学有效实施”等。

    Abstract:

    In recent years,with the development of higher education in China shifting from extension to connotation,in order to better meet the severe challenges of the complex environment inside and outside the school,universities have begun to use strategic management concepts and thinking to promote the reform of school organization and management,actively plan the future development of the school,and enhance the core competition of school development. At the same time,the connotative development of universities also puts forward a series of new requirements for strategic management,such as which require that the strategic management of colleges and universities should continuously enhance the linkage with connive development,effectively improve the strategic leadership of colle- ges and universities,make full use of big data and other information technologies,activate the endogenous power of strategic planning of colleges and universities,and improve the scientificity and effectiveness of strategic management of colleges and universities. Facing the future,the effective practice of connotative development of Chinese colleges and universities urgently needs to promote the in - depth development of school strategic management,such as strengthening the strategic analysis of school development environment and accurately planning the strategic blueprint of school development; establishing the emerging growth pole of the school’s characteristic development; leading the school to innovate and develop rapidly; continuously improving the school’s strategic leadership and ensuring the scientific and effective implementation of the school’s strategies.
