The incremental development of students is an important carrier of students'incremental evaluation. Reading is the most important source of incremental development,including extensive reading,deep reading,extended reading. However,students do not think highly of reading. It is necessary to improve students'reading ability,starting from the daily management of students,combining online and offline reading activities to strengthen reading,providing a classic bibliographic guid to attract students attention to reading, testablishing normal reading feedback mechanism to encourage students to share reading achievement.
