The value orientation of college students plays an important part in the future society. With the rise of the Internet era, college students,as the first group to experience the charm of network technology,are inevitably faced with ethical anomie in the process of virtual existence. In order to deeply analyze the essence of this phenomenon,it is necessary to realize that ethics of responsi- bility has important theoretical value and practical significance to college students'value orientation. To completely improve the moral dilemmas,this paper aims to discuss the performance of college students'ethical derangement in the Internet era,analyze the reasons for the construction of responsibility ethics,criticize the moral derangement of college students' virtual existential ethics,and put for- ward suggestions to strengthening the construction of virtual existential ethics.
