The quality of teachers,to a certain extent,affects the quality of education and teaching. the overall professional devel- opment level of teachers in China is still not satisfactory. Local college teachers still face internal and external obstacles in their profes- sional development,such as the lack of professional ideals,the solidification of teaching methods and the gradual decline of independ- ent learning ability,which restrict their individual and overall professional level. It is necessary to consider the path of local college teachers'professional identity,the autonomy of local college teachers'professional development and the development of consciousness to explore the professional independent development of local college teachers.
