    摘要:

    一流本科定位开展一流本科教育,建设一流本科专业,培养一流本科人才,是高等教育在进入普及化阶段前的理性选择和改革布局。本科教育的最终落脚点在教学改革上,而教学改革的难点和重点便是教师教学变革。一流本科教育的持续推进与建设,将对教师教学产生前所未有的实然影响,体现在教师教学理念将彻底发生变革、教师教学方式将彻底发生变化、教师教学能力要求将更加严格、教师教学主体责任将更加明确。在一流本科教育的建设背景下,教师教学变革势在必行,要确立教学至上、课堂至上、课程至上、学生至上的教师教学理念,回归育人初心;发展小班型、研讨型、压力型、创新型的教师教学方式,强化育人氛围;明确从先育人、从新育人、从严教学、从实教学的教师教学责任,筑牢育人基石;发展持续学习、交叉学习、相互学习、终身学习的教师教学能力,增强育人本领。

    Abstract:

    It is the rational choice and reform layout of higher education to develop first - class undergraduate education,to build first - class undergraduate majors and to train first - class undergraduate talents for first - class undergraduate orientation before it en- ters the stage of popularization. The ultimate goal of undergraduate education lies in teaching reform. The difficulty and focus of teach- ing reform is teachers'teaching reform. The continuous promotion and construction of first - class undergraduate education will have an unprecedented real impact on teachers'teaching,reflected in the thorough change of teachers'teaching philosophy,the thorough change of teachers'teaching methods,the stricter requirements for teacher'teaching ability and the clearer responsibilities. Facing the develop- ment opportunity and challenge of the first - class undergraduate education,the teacher's teaching reform has the essential implication for their adaptation to the times. That is,it bears the historical responsibility of improving the quality of undergraduate education, building the first - class undergraduate specialty and cultivating the first - class undergraduate talents. Under the background of the construction of first - class undergraduate education,teachers'teaching reform is imperative,and teachers'teaching concepts of teaching first,classroom first,curriculum first and students first should be established and returned to the initial osition. To Develop teaching methods of small class,discussion,pressure and innovation,and to strengthen education atmosphere; to clarify the teacher's teaching responsibility of educating people first,to educate people again,to teach strictly and practically,and to build a solid foundation for ed- ucating people. To developing teachers'teaching ability of continuous learning,cross - learning,mutual learning and lifelong learning, and to enhance their educational ability.
