From the perspective of interaction between human and environment,this study studies the impact of the aggressive norms in the personal factors and exemplary norms in the environmental factors on college students 'network moral anomie behavior and its three factors. By using the questionnaire survey method,students of different grades,majors and genders were selected to collect data,and analyzed the influence of offensive,exemplary norms and their interaction on the network moral anomie behavior of college students. The results show that the network moral anomie behavior of college students is common,but the degree is low. Among them, the scores of network learning violation,the network infringement anomie,the network speech anomie these three aspects in turn re- duces. The university students'network morals anomie behavior both have been influcend by the personal factors and the environment factors. Among them,the relationship of the aggression in the personal factors and college students ' network moral anomie behavior, network learning violation,network responsibility infringement is positive. Under the influence of exemplary norms,college students' scores of network moral anomie behavior,network speech incivilization and infringement of network responsibility have been significant- ly improved.
