Abstract:Based on the B - Logistic model and actual investigation,this paper quantitatively estimates the influencing factors of the effectiveness of postgraduate teaching from three aspects of index system: constructing individual factors,teaching methods and con- tents,effects and evaluation from the perspective of students. The result shows that the individual factors have no significant influence on the effectiveness of postgraduate course teaching,while the factors in teaching method,content,effect and evaluation have a signifi- cant positive impact on the effectiveness of postgraduate course teaching. These factors include whether the students speak actively, whether the course has special lectures,whether the course learning has academic experience,whether the course has strong practicali- ty,whether the classroom learning atmosphere is active,whether the teachers are enthusiastic about teaching,and the form of profes- sional course assessment. We should promote the effectiveness of postgraduate classroom teaching from three aspects: advocating re- search - based learning,strengthening classroom interaction,flexibly setting up topic front lectures,stimulating research interest,stim- ulating teachers'teaching enthusiasm and attaching importance to classroom teaching effectiveness.
