Internship is an important link in the process of cultivating college students. Under the background of the integration of industry and education,internship is of special significance. But at the present stage,students'rights and interests of internship can't be fully guaranteed due to lack of specific legislation,absence of school management and students'weak consciousness of self - protection. On the basis of theoretical researches concerning internship rights,this article analyzes the main contents and causes of the internship infringement by investigating over 50 universities in Zhejiang Province. Regarding the above - mentioned problems,the paper puts for- ward some concrete ways to perfect the guarantee mechanism of college students'internship rights from the aspects of clarifying the legal status of interns,formulating relevant laws and regulations,strengthening process supervision and promoting students'awareness of safe- guarding their rights.
