Abstract:In order to promote the case teaching effect of MBA programme effectively,from the perspective of MBA students,we use the structural equation model to conduct an empirical study on the main factors influencing the teaching effect of MBA cases and the mechanism of their actions,from class participation,preparation before class,learning styles,case studying attitude,case quality per- ception,teacher comments,teaching environment. The results show that the teachers’comment is the most important factor that di- rectly influences the case teaching effect,meanwhile students’perception of case quality and class participation both directly and posi- tively have influences on their evaluation of the case teaching effect. Preparation before class,teaching environment,case studying atti- tudes,learning styles all influence class participation by influencing the case teaching effectiveness of MBA students indirectly. Ac- cording to the research conclusions,the corresponding management suggestions are proposed from four aspects.
