Abstract:A student - centered teaching mode is the development direction of higher education in China during the new period, and is the inevitable choice of the future talent cultivation in colleges and universities. Thus,to study the students’classroom learning state is of great importance to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching. The paper investigates the classroom learning status of un- dergraduates majored in humanities and social sciences in three colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, and uses binary lo- gistic regression model to analyze and process the data. The findings show that the classroom learning attitudes of undergraduates are greatly affected by six factors,i. e. why they attend classes, whether they have set clear learning goals, how much knowledge they can acquire from the classes, how they think about the current examination system, what kind of ways the teacher uses, and what they take into account when choosing their majors.
