According to the situation of our coun- try,the construction of China's innovative talents training system in the early stages of development and research on the mode of entre- preneurship education of colleges and universities in the development and characteristics of the EU has a good role in promoting the cul- tivation of innovative talents in Chinese colleges and universities Entrepreneurship.
